The white ruffle bloomers are made using soft white stretch cotton and a gorgeous white ruffle fabric on the back. Two hand made crochet flowers are added to the hip area. They are the perfect addition under any dress or skirt to cover a nappy or just to be worn on their own. The size 2 will fit up to a size 4 once they are out of nappies.
